The main components of THRON Dashboard are:
 
  • Users: each user is provided with its own credentials and permissions, in order to determine which specific actions he is allowed to perform within the Dashboard, hence preserving your internal organization.
  • Content: the main element of THRON ecosystem, it is the digital representation of something that needs to be expressed through a digital medium. It is composed by a source file and is then enriched by a series of information which can be entirely controlled via THRON Dashboard.
  • Folders: THRON folders mime the well known paradigm of the file server directory: they can be thought of as an area where enabled users can put content they want to share with a specific set of users.
 
Content enrichment is the first process that each THRON user deals with: it involves the definition of basic information (title, author, description, thumbnail) of the content itself, and it also involves the classification of such content. This is done either manually by the content producer himself (via tags) and by THRON Artificial Intelligence which, thanks to its integrated Semantic Engine, is capable of identifying the main topic of each content and automatically tag it accordingly. Moreover, thanks to the Tag Center, even when departments apply different tags, THRON drastically reduces the time spent to maintain consistently tagged content by unifying multiple tag classifcations.
 
The main action that “triggers” content distribution is the Sharing. Via THRON Dashboard, each content is unique (there is no duplication of content), and it can be shared across any digital channel, empowering the integrated delivery infrastructure and preserving centralized control: any content shared can be removed at any time with just one click, from the time it is removed it will be no longer accessible from that specific channel.
